A really massive IKEA!! And attached to a big mall with plenty of options for eating and things to see Incase it is a longer excursion and you have kids along. Some of the signage could be better though. We ordered click and collect and I only found a small sign by the checkout saying where it was. If you don't know IKEA it could take a little bit to find. But friendly personnel makes up for this small critique. Even if it's a long drive I would go here again.

Abysmal customer service. I cancelled an order for over 4000 euros and despite being promised a refund in 14 days it did not materialise. Despite 5 separate phone calls on their central line (each time waiting at least 25 minutes before connection) and despite each time being promised that matter had been notified to the right person and payment would be made within 48 hours it still has not been repaid. IKEA are not as honest as they like to portray. They hide behind a barrier of a central phone number that prevents any contact with anyone at their shops or in authority that can resolve the problem leaving customers in pain and stress. NEVER cancel an order. Make sure before you buy that they have done the order correctly. In my case, their system added items I did not ask for or want which is where the problem started. It is now 4 weeks they have had my money, it still has not been repaid and even my emails to their CEO office have been ignored. No response from Johan Laurell or his team. I really cannot recommend them to anyone.

Like every IKEA. we went to have lunch at the restaurant. It was crowded, very large space. The only downside was that they don't provide you with a box to take away left overs. My kids ordered a lot and didn't eat anything. We had to just leave full portions of cheese cakes and tarts.

Big store, plenty of parking, restaurant and mini food hall...disappointingly not much in the lighting department at the moment though...
