Store was great - we bought a lot of furniture for delivery. The checkout process was "difficult" - six or seven employees and three hours later we completed the transaction. Smooth it was not - but probably some ephemeral back-end problem causing all these hours of delay. I'd still go back, though.

Posting this review for IKEA’s food area. Food quality is bad but avoid complaining since price is reasonable. I like the ambiance and they always keep the area clean at all times. I’m giving three stars due to the food quality. Above all, nothing much to complain. I love everything about IKEA.

It was the first time for me to IKEA in France. I could find everything I wanted for my new apartment and it was a full exciting day. I found some difficulty communicating with the staff since I speak English, but there was this man who could help me finalize everything and explained the whole process for me. I asked him for his name because I feel I have to really thank him. Thank you Thibaud for your proficiency, patience, speed and accuracy, and for your great help. Without you, it could have take ages.

Service and products very good. But they didn’t give professional invoices. This is very unprofessional. Don’t like.

NB if returning items you’ll save a lot of time by booking your return online otherwise it’s a very long wait in returns. Staff here rather short and snappy. In my last few visits I have encountered about 50% helpful and 50% unhelpful staff. This is a factor that will deter further visits.

The Ikea in Toulouse is an extra adventure. On Saturday full without end. Many products are on display but no longer available or no longer available. If you buy larger furniture that needs to be picked up from the goods issue, you should keep in mind that this is about half a kilometer away in a separate warehouse.
