The kitchen was delivered in June 2023. Service is good, and consultant Antoine is really helpful and responsive. The kitchen is beautiful. In general, I am satisfied with the products and service.

Extremely horrible experience! Well, in 2019 we bought the kitchen. Because of COVID it was agreed to deliver and install the kitchen in March 2021. Today is almost September 2021 my kitchen is still not installed. Let’s start from the begging. February 2021: the shop did the mistake in the date of delivery (as the lady forgot to note our request in the system). But after receiving the email with the confirmation, we had to recall and ask to change and correct her mistake. March 2021: delivery of the furniture and equipment one day. The workers didn’t manage to come to the agreed day to install the kitchen, so they came next day. They realised that the washing machine and the screws they forgot to deliver. They took 2 days to install (the first day- 2 hours, the second day- 3-4 hours). In several days a lady from a shop came to check the work, she took the photos and said that they forgot to order the screws, so now she’ll pass the order to the factory and in 3 months we will get it. The washing machine she promised that we’ll get soon. Next day she left on holidays, so we were trying to call the shop, but nobody could help us with the information regarding the washing machine (so we were almost one month without it). In April they installed the washing machine. It’s built-in system. But after the first usage the door that is hiding the washing machine moved, so we were calling/writing to ask to fix it. In June they came, fixed the door and the legs of the furniture, as it wasn’t fixed from March. And the rocket was opened with wires (oven), we asked to hide them, as they forgot to do it. Plus they left the rubbish, so we asked to take it ( by rubbish I mean the peaces of furniture). Plus, it’s written in the contract, workers told us that their car is full, they will take it next time. While the meeting they realised that they ordered the wrong screws for the shelves. I don’t understand how you can do such mistakes (plus when you have the plan and the photos). So, they passed the order to the factory once again. Today is 29th of August: the door moved from the washing machine again, and we understood that it wasn’t fixed so the machine is broken. The fridge is moving and making a lot of noise ( I think it’s because it’s fixed bad). So, in general we had 7 meetings, the kitchen is still not finished. The worst experience. So, now I again should take a day off to arrange the meeting with them. Dear Schmidt team, please, answer the emails and teach your workers to install the equipment. Please, do some efforts with the clients!Thank you! Arina Joly

Entièrement satisfaits de notre cuisine, à la hauteur de nos attentes. Nous avons été parfaitement conseillés et suivis tout au long de notre projet. Le SAV a toujours été a l’écoute et très réactif. Il negozio è molto bello, il personale gentile e professionale. Abbiamo comprato una cucina con la consulenza di Maxime, ci ha fatto scegliere i materiali dal vivo e abbiamo visto il progetto in 3d. La cucina c’è stata consegnata a Novembre, perfetta. Grazie di tutto.
